MTL K1550 Helium Argon Xenon Hydrogen Gas Analyser

The Eaton K1550 Hydrogen gas analyzer accurately detects changes in one component of a binary or pseudo-binary gas mixture (i.e., a mixture where only one component changes). Gases that can be detected are H2, CO2, Ar, He, and various halogenated hydrocarbons – such as Freon. It is ideally suited to measuring the percentage of one gas in a binary or pseudo-binary mixture.

  • Thermal conductivity analyzers
  • Maintenance-free single sensor
  • Corrosive gas sensor options
  • Non-depleting remote sensor
  • Fixed and variable compensation options
  • DIN panel mounting IP54 sealing enclosure
  • Detecting various H2, CO2, Ar, He and other gases

The Eaton K1550 Hydrogen Gas Purity Analyzer is a high-precision, high-reliability gas detection device tailored for the power industry. It can monitor the concentration of dissolved hydrogen in transformer oil in real time, and accurately assess the operating status of the transformer. Hydrogen is produced when a fault such as partial discharge occurs within the transformer, and elevated concentrations indicate a degradation of the transformer insulation and a risk of failure.

Inert gases such as hydrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, and xenon are particularly suitable for this technique as there are no dedicated sensors for these inert gases. Therefore, the MTL K1550 hydrogen gas analyzer is a cost-effective analytical solution for this gas detection.

Feature of K1550 Hydrogen Gas Analyser

  • 4-20mA input fixed or variable. This extends the analyzer’s ability to measure hydrogen content in more complex mixtures.
  • Multiple sample systems: For sampling, we can provide a variety of sampling systems with the required pumps, filters, and pipes.
  • Multi-range measurement: It supports measurement with 0 – 100%, 0 – 20%, and 80 –100% ranges
  • Easy installation: The sensor can be installed at a distance to adapt to various complex working conditions
