The A-LLM1 position Water leak controller is usually used in conjunction with the positioning Water Sense Cable. The Positioning Water Sense Cable is laid in areas where leakage may occur. When liquid contacts the induction cables, the resistance of the cables changes. The water leak detection controller determines the occurrence of leakage by detecting this resistance change and accurately locates the leakage.

Precise Leak Localization

This location leak detection system triggers audible and visual alarms, and a voltage-free relay contact closure, upon detecting liquid. It connects to a single-path locating sensing cable for precise leak pinpointing. The water detection module’s LEDs display power, leak, cable fault, and communication status, while an LCD screen shows the exact leak location.

Versatile Water Leak Sensing Cable Compatibility

This location water leak controller is compatible with leak sensing cables designed to detect leaks of various liquids, including water, weak acids, weak alkalis, and oils.

Switch Signal Output

This intelligent leak detector controller provides switch signal outputs for connecting to external devices such as audible and visual alarms, automatic valves, and intelligent alarm systems. It also allows integration with various monitoring systems for remote alarm and remote device control.

Wire Break Alarm

In addition to leak detection, this leak detector controller provides a wire break alarm function. It is designed for installation in hazardous detection areas where cables are susceptible to damage and breakage, enabling prompt fault identification and cable replacement.

RS-485 Communication

This positioning leak detection module utilizes RS-485 communication, employing the industry-standard Modbus protocol for seamless network integration. It supports programmable device addresses, ranging from 1 to 255, enabling extensive network expansion. Adjustable baud rates provide flexible options for optimizing communication speed.

Extended Monitoring Range

The A-LLM1 water leak detection controller supports monitoring with leak-sensing cables up to 1500 meters and is also compatible with other detection probes. Its high sensitivity, low false alarm rate, and long wiring capability significantly reduce installation complexity, making projects more convenient.

DIN Rail Installation
