VAMP 321 Arc Flash Relay Schneider

The arc flash relay schneider is mainly used to detect arc faults in electrical systems and protect equipment and personnel in electrical systems from arc faults. Arc protection relays can detect arcs by monitoring parameters such as current, voltage, and electric power, and quickly disconnect the power supply before an electrical fire occurs, thereby reducing the risk of fire.

Arc protection relays are usually used in medium and high voltage power distribution systems, control cabinets, transformers, generators, motors and other electrical equipment. They adopt the dual-criteria principle of arc light detection and overcurrent detection, and have the characteristics of fast protection action and high reliability.

Features of VAMP 321 Arc Flash Relay Schneider

1. Modular structure
The modular design allows users to customize hardware for enhanced performance and scalability, supporting both standard and advanced arc flash protection.

2. PC configurable
The VAMP 321 can be configured by end-users with the VAMPSET software tool, and event/disturbance recordings can be easily analyzed via a USB connection to a PC.

3. Event logs and disturbance recording
VAMP provides event and disturbance logging capabilities to facilitate in-depth analysis of arc phenomena before and after faults.

4. Multiple communication
The VAMP 321 is equipped with five communication ports, four of which are specifically designed for the SCADA interface, supporting protocols like IEC 61850.
