ZH-YX3232 32 Channels Remote I/O Module

This ZH-YX3232 32 Channels Remote I/O Module adopts a 32-bit ARM processor, its DI, and DO using high-speed magnetic isolation and optocoupler isolation technology. And also it uses RS232&RS485 or network port, so the communication protocol is optional—-standard Modbus-RTU and Modbus-TCP protocol, which can be networked with PLC, configuration software, text display, etc.

Furthermore, with 32 channels of relay outputs, and 32 channels of switch status acquisition, the product has functions, such as voltage or current acquisition optional, voltage or current output, PWM control, etc. The communication circuit adopts lightning protection and anti-interference design, which can be widely used in signal control of industrial field equipment.

Moreover, this product is a perfect substitute for PCI IO cards. IO card is expensive, and the PCI slot is prone to poor contact, inconvenient installation and maintenance, and low reliability. This device uses highly reliable serial communication and isolation technology to ensure reliable operation in industrial environments. In applications where the computer space is very compact, this solution can install the IO card externally to save space and can be installed on a rail-type chassis/cabinet, or on a wall-mounted wall.

Features

  • Optional functions including AI, AO, PWM output.
  • Each channel of the MAX 32 channels IO has a maximum switching current of 5A and a maximum switching power of 1385VA/150W, with high-speed magnetic isolation, strong anti-interference, stable performance and high reliability;
  • The switch input uses photoelectric isolation, which can be connected to dry and wet nodes such as key switch, relay output, magnetic/proximity switch, infrared switch, active signal input, etc. For active input signal, it can be powered separately from the main power supply and effectively isolated;
  • Abundant status indicators, including switch output status indicator, switch input status indicator, communication indicator, power indicator, etc.;
  • One-key initialization: press Init-SET, then power on to reset, and after 5 seconds, the system will restore to factory settings;
  • With standard isolation RS232, RS485 interface, customizable network port 100M/10M TCPIP interface, CAN interface;
  • Built-in TTL communication port, which is used to expand communication modules such as GSM/ GRPS/ CDMA/ ZigBee/ Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth;
