I/P Transducers

The I/P transducer (Current to Pressure Transducer) is a device used to convert electrical signals into pressure signals or convert pressure signals into electrical signals. They are commonly used in industrial automation and control systems to measure, monitor, and control liquid or gas pressure.

The following are some basic functions and features of Sell-Best electro pneumatic transducer (I/P transducer & E/P transducer):
Conversion of input electrical signal to output air pressure: The I/P transducer converts the input current signal into the corresponding output air pressure. It is also called I/P Converter. This means that when the magnitude of the input signal changes, the output air pressure will change accordingly.

Linear response: A good IP transducer should have a linear response, that is, there should be a linear relationship between the output air pressure and the input electrical signal.

Stability and accuracy: I/P Converter should have stable performance and high accuracy to ensure accurate and reliable output under various operating conditions.

Durability: Since they are typically used in industrial environments, I/P transducer needs to be durable and reliable to ensure long-term stable operation.

Adaptability: I/P transducers are usually able to adapt to different working environments and application requirements, including different working media, temperature ranges, and pressure ranges.

Fast response time: For some applications, fast response time is critical. Therefore, some I/P transducers are designed with fast response characteristics to achieve rapid response to pressure changes.

Electrical isolation: To ensure safety and prevent electrical interference, some I/P transducers have an electrical isolation function to isolate the input electrical signal and the output air pressure.
